On Friday, March 25th, our SMS provider experienced an unexpected outage that has directly affected SpoofCard’s texting feature. Since we are committed to always providing the top-tier service that you have come to expect from us, we have decided to move forward with a new SMS provider beginning today.
What This Means For You:
As we test and implement this change, SMS capabilities will not be available. We anticipate efforts may take up to two weeks. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused as we recognize this is a key feature used by many of our customers.
